The U.S. average percentage of people with disabilities with some college or an Associate's degree is 27.2% with a range of 20.3% in West Virginia to 37.0% in Utah, while the U.S. average is 24.2% with a range of 15.4% in the District of Columbia to 37.6% in Wyoming for people without disabilities.
