Building and facility accessibility assessments
We help businesses and organizations determine if their buildings and facilities meet the requirements of applicable federal, state, and local accessibility regulations, including the Americans with Disabilities Act Standards for Accessible Design (28 CFR Part 35/36) and Title 24 – California Building Code.
Our BeyondAccess Consulting program offers:
- On-site visits
- Answers to accessibility questions
- An assessment report with detailed pictures and diagrams of how to fix accessibility issues
- Assistance with a barrier removal plan
- A signed Disability Access Inspection Certificate
- Follow up support
Plain language and Easy Read
Make sure your written communication is easy to understand and inclusive of the largest possible audience. We have guides to help you write clear and effective communication. Our BeyondAccess Consulting staff can offer customized trainings and text reviews for your organization or business.
Our Qualifications
BeyondAccess Consulting facility assessment staff are qualified to provide these services consistent with generally accepted standards of access consulting practices and the State of California’s Certified Access Specialists Program (CASp). The primary onsite consultant is a CASp with 18 years of ADA experience.
