Percentage of People with a Disability who are Hispanic Color coded map of the United States.  States have been grouped into four quartile ranges. The first quartile ranges from 0.8% to 2.5% and includes the states Alabama, Kentucky, Maine, Missouri, Mississippi, North Dakota, New Hampshire, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont & West Virginia.  The second quartile ranges from 2.6% to 4.8% and includes the states Arkansas, Georgia, Iowa, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, North Carolina, Ohio & Virginia.  The third quartile ranges from 4.9% to 10.0% and includes the states Alaska, Washington DC, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin & Wyoming.  The fourth quartile ranges from 10.1% to 43.6% and includes the states Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New Mexico, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Texas & United States.
