Percentage of People with a Disability who are Caucasian Color coded map of the United States.  States have been grouped into four quartile ranges. The first quartile ranges from 18.4% to 71.1% and includes the states Alaska, Alabama, California, Washington DC, Georgia, Hawaii, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, New York & South Carolina.  The second quartile ranges from 71.2% to 81.1% and includes the states Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Michigan, New Jersey, New Mexico, Nevada, Oklahoma, Texas, United States & Virginia.  The third quartile ranges from 81.2% to 88.1% and includes the states Arizona, Colorado, Indiana, Kansas, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Washington & Wisconsin.  The fourth quartile ranges from 88.2% to 95.5% and includes the states Iowa, Idaho, Kentucky, Maine, Montana, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Oregon, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia & Wyoming.
