Percentage of People with a Disability, Age 65 and Above Color coded map of the United States.  States have been grouped into four quartile ranges. The first quartile ranges from 31.5% to 33.4% and includes the states Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Virginia, Vermont & Wisconsin.  The second quartile ranges from 33.5% to 34.8% and includes the states Arizona, Washington DC, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, North Dakota, Nebraska, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island & South Dakota.  The third quartile ranges from 34.9% to 37.3% and includes the states California, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, North Carolina, Nevada, Ohio, South Carolina, United States, Utah, Washington & Wyoming.  The fourth quartile ranges from 37.4% to 43.6% and includes the states Alaska, Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas & West Virginia.
